10.02.2012: European consultation regarding the alternatives for solving the disputes between the trade companies
The European Commission is examining at present various alternatives for solving the conflicts between the trade companies in Europea and it is trying to establish if the European enterprises considers these means of solving disputes an efficient manner and under which conditions.
Comisia Europeana va lua in considerare opiniile exprimate de catre societatile comerciale in procesul de elaborare a viitoarelor politici in acest domeniu de o maniera care sa raspunda nevoilor intreprinderilor europene. Va rugam sa raspundeti la intrebarile din chestionarul atasat in calitate de reprezentant al unei intreprinderi (si nu ca persoana particulara) si sa-l trimiteti la adresa: ioan.ciuperca@adrbi.ro.
